SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Handmade Quality
At Expressive DeZien, every piece of glassware is made to order. We craft each item specifically for you once your order is confirmed to ensure the highest quality and to keep our inventory sustainable. Because your items are handmade, please note that all orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
While we strive to get most packages out as soon as possible—often within 2 business days—please understand that the handmade process takes time. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates. We serve customers within the United States only.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, as our carriers (UPS/FedEx) generally do not deliver to them.
- Tracking: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping confirmation, email us at support@expressivedezien.com.
Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages
To ensure your order arrives safely, we utilize shipping services that provide delivery confirmation photos for each package. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery photo provided in your tracking link first.
If you still cannot find your package, check with neighbors and household members. If it remains missing, contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to open a trace. While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays or losses, we will do our best to help you resolve the situation. For further assistance, email us at support@expressivedezien.com.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No Returns, No Refunds – All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. For any questions or concerns before ordering, feel free to reach out to us at support@expressivedezien.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at support@expressivedezien.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads and Gift cards
