I typically respond to emails within 24 hours. Email is my preferred contact method for order questions, shipping concerns, and other matters requiring written documentation.

Please note: Expressive DeZien operates exclusively online. I don't currently have a brick-and-mortar retail storefront. The mailing address is for business correspondence only, not in-person shopping or order pickups.
