Expressive DeZien FAQs & Client Support

1. What is Expressive DeZien?
Expressive DeZien pronounced design is an Indigenous woman-owned artisan business based in Muskogee Oklahoma. We specialize in high-end deep-etched sand-carved glassware and original home decor designed to bring art to life.

2. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection and select your items. For personalized designs follow the customization instructions on the product page. Once checkout is complete you will receive an automated order confirmation email.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin our multi-stage sand-carving process immediately we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once production starts. Please email support@expressivedezien.com immediately if you discover an error.

4. Shipping and tracking
We ship via UPS to ensure your artisan glassware arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships from Muskogee Oklahoma.

5. Processing times
We do not mass-produce. Every piece is hand-carved to order. Our current processing time is 5 to 10 business days before shipment.

6. Missing or late packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to open a trace
  • Email returns@expressivedezien.com if the package remains unlocated

7. Returns refunds and exchanges
Due to the custom hand-carved nature of our work all sales are final. We do not accept returns on glassware personalized orders or sale items. If an item arrives defective or damaged email returns@expressivedezien.com with photos within 48 hours for a replacement.

8. Gift wrapping and custom gift baskets
We offer complimentary boutique gift wrapping. Leave a request in the Notes section at checkout. Custom gift baskets are available upon request. Contact us directly to discuss a curated gift set.

9. Glassware care
Our sand-carved designs are permanent and dimensional. Unlike laser engraving our work is dishwasher safe and built for daily use as functional art.
